We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order.
Fulfillment takes around 2 to 7 Days and shipping on average 4 Days.
Please note: Depending on your order destination and fulfillment location, you might have to pay customs fees. The fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc.
Q: Where is my order?
Please accept that it needs 2 to 7 working days for us to complete and dispatch your order.
Postage usually takes within 2- 15 working days (Mon-Fri, without Saturday.) to arrive. However, please allow for 25 days before getting in touch.
Q: I've ordered the wrong size, the size I've ordered doesn't fit me.
It happens to all of us! As long as the garment is unworn and unwashed, and still has the tags on we can exchange it for the right size. Fill out our contact form with your original order number and the size you require and we'll contact you within 1- 2 working days. We'll tell you then what to do next.*

Q: The product I have ordered has been delivered and is damaged!
We quality check our products at every stage of production so it's very unlikely that something unsatisfactory will be shipped out. If something does slip past us, we'll replace the product free of charge- as long as the tags are still on the item and it hasn't been worn or washed. Fill out our contact form with your order number, and explain why/how the product is damaged (include images if possible!). We'll respond within 1- 2 working days with what to do next.
Q: Do you endorse bands/ musicians?
We are open to endorsing bands/ musicians that we like. We love to get bands/ musicians wearing our clothing but as we are a newly established label, with relatively small stock levels, we can't sponsor every band/ musician that get in touch with us.
We only consider bands that play music we like, have upcoming tours/photoshoots/videoshoots, that are extremely pro-active and that actively interact with their fans regularly. Our goal is to support the scene and promote their bands/musicians.
This also concerns skateboarding, parkour, snowboarding etc.
Q: Can i model/ promote for you?
We always love to repost our customers photos on Instagram and Facebook- remember to #blackoath for us to see your photo! If you want to model for us, don't hesitate to drop us a message via firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling out our contact form. Remember to include links to your social media profiles, and a few images too.
Q: Can I submit a design to be printed?
We only work with a very select few designers, but you can email portfolios to email@example.com and we will gladly take a look at your work.

We want to make sure you get the most wear out of your new Blackoath clothes. To look after your clothing, we recommend you follow our easy wash care guide below:
Before washing, undo buttons, close zips and check pockets for loose or sharp objects
Wash at 30°
Wash inside out
Do not bleach
Wash with similar colours
Wash with similar textured garments
To avoid excess friction, do not overload washing machine
Do not leave in a wet environment
Do not tumble dry
Lay flat to dry to avoid shrinking
Do not dry clean. Chemicals used in dry cleaning can damage the print on your garment
Never iron over the imprint
Iron on the reverse side using the lowest heat setting
